Ohio campaign finance law requires us to use best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation and employer for each individual contributing $100 or more. The maximum contribution amount per individual is $15,499.69. 

By donating online or by mail, you agree that:

1. You are a citizen of the United States or a permanent resident alien;

2. Your contribution represents personal funds and is not drawn on an account maintained by an incorporated entity or any other prohibited source, including (but not limited to) such organizations as corporations or labor unions;

3. The funds you are contributing are not being provided to you by another person or entity for the purpose of masking this contribution; and

4. The checking or associated account used to make this contribution is in your name and that you are financially responsible for the charges drawn on the account
